Training is designed to enhance players' abilities in three categories: Attack, Defense, and Mental & Physical. This is achieved through a variety of drills selected within these categories. It's important to note that after a training session, while players' conditions may decrease, their abilities improve. The number of participants in a drill can vary, with a maximum of five players allowed. There is also the option to filter players by their roles for ease of selection.

The training process is designed to be flexible and customizable. Users can create drills focusing on specific skills and select the players they want to train. These drills are then saved on the Training Sheet, providing an easy overview of the team's training regimen. If users decide to reuse a drill, they can simply select it from the Training Sheet and start the training session again.

A training session can include up to five drills. Although there's no limit on the number of training sessions, the players' condition affects the effectiveness of the drills. As the condition worsens, the improvement observed during drills diminishes. Notably, no improvement is seen if the condition falls below 20%. For optimal results, it's best to conduct training when the players' condition is between 50% and 100%.
